Quorum Consulting Services offers a range of engineering support activity which is generally outside the ILS definition, but assists and supports some of the analyses.
Test, Trials and Acceptance
Quorum Consulting Services assists clients in planning and managing the test, trial and acceptance phases of any complex project. This includes test evaluation, trial planning and acceptance management to meet customer requirements. The trial and acceptance plans cover elements such as:
• Contract conditions
• Fast-track procurements
• Incremental projects and incremental acceptance
The results are documented in a structured format to provide full visibility with an audit trial to ensure final acceptance. The Acceptance Management Plan (AMP) is linked to the jointly agreed test and trials plan.

Data Pack Development
Quorum Consulting Services assists clients to achieve and obtain NATO codification on items of supply by checking against the NATO Master Cross Reference List by part number or manufacturer's CAGE to determine status. Where codification is required, Quorum Consulting Services will assist in the collection of data to meet the requirements of DEFCON 117.
Fleet Surveys
A large percentage of our consultants have a Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) background and have extensive expertise of operating and maintaining military fleets from various locations worldwide. This experience provides valuable information and knowledge to any organisation with a requirement to assess the total capability of the fleet covering:
