Quorum Consulting Services uses an in-house MS Access database as the repository for all risk records, which creates a auditable trail throughout the life of the project. The database is tailored to an agreed probability/impact matrix and the level of recording required for each project. Typical activities include:

Quorum Consulting Services performs Three Point Estimating using @RISK to analyse the data as required and MS-Project with @RISK for MS Project for predicting the likely effect of the risk on the delivery schedule. |
