RISK ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT
Quorum provides risk management support to a number of industrial clients, from preliminary bid phase to post contract-award. We have developed credible and robust risk management processes to meet the most challenging requirements.
Quorum uses an in-house MS Access database as the repository for all risk records, which creates a auditable trail throughout the life of the project. The database is tailored to an agreed probability/impact matrix and the level of recording required for each project. Typical activities include:
• New/proposed risk submission forms;
• Monthly risk summary;
• Reviews;
• Data exchange.
Quorum performs Three Point Estimating using a number of In-house
and proprietary tools suchs as:
• @RISK;
• PREDICT;
• ARM.
