QUORUM SERVICES OVERVIEW

TNA (TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS)

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a structured survey and analysis of training requirements arising as a result of new equipment procurement, doctrinal change, organisational change, or changes to legislation. Quorum is highly experienced in the conduct of TNA, both as a stand-alone activity or integrated within the overall ILS programme. TNA's are conducted according to the principles provided by the Defence Systems Approach to Training Quality Standard (DSAT QS) and detailed in the Joint Service Publication (JSP) 882, Part 2 & 5.

Quorum has carried out TNA's on a range of equipment and have developed and prepared deliverables such as:

  TNA Scoping Study;
  Operational Task Analysis;
  Training Gap Analysis;
  Training Options Analysis;
  TNA Report;
  Training Aids;
  Training Material;
  Courseware;
  Course Presentation;
 Course Validation and Feedback.

A TNA is an output based, iterative process, providing an audit trail for all decisions and should not imply that training will be the only solution.
