TNA (TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS)
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a structured survey and analysis of training requirements arising as a result of new equipment procurement, doctrinal change, organisational change, or changes to legislation. Quorum Logistic Support is highly experienced in the conduct of TNA, both as a stand-alone activity or integrated within the overall ILS programme. TNA's are conducted according to the principles provided by the Defence Systems Approach to Training Quality Standard (DSAT QS) and detailed in the Joint Service Publication (JSP) 882, Part 2 & 5.
