Twenty Years of Quorum, so lets ‘meet the team’………..

Ady Clarke (Principal Consultant)

Ady originally joined Quorum as a Consultant in October 2006 following 23 years’ service in the British Army serving in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) as a Vehicle Mechanic and later as an Artificer Vehicles.

Ady left the company as a Principal Consultant in January 2016 to join BAE Systems as an Equipment Support Manger responsible for Support Engineering tasks with Babcock Defence Services. Ady returned to Quorum in August 2017 as a Principal Consultant.

Ady has always shown a complete commitment to every task he has undertaken fully demonstrating his regard for, professionalism, a strong work ethic, thoroughness, honesty, excellence and teamwork. This has always proved to be to the benefit and the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Ady regards professionalism and teamwork to be the key to successful delivery. His experience of managing teams and encouraging them to work in a constructive and focused manner to his own high standards ensures they are all able to deliver to the customer a high-quality product, on time and to cost.

As a Principal Consultant he actively leads a departmental business structure within the organisation while acting as the focal point of technical expertise over the range of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements and provides support for all current projects within the business as well as delivering individual work packages to a wide range of customers.

More recently on behalf of Quorum, Ady has provided support to the Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) – Abbey Wood over the last 11 months. Ady initially provided support to the Dreadnought Submarine Project providing guidance and assistance to the Government Furnished Assets (GFA) Team to produce a GFA Management Plan and supporting processes. Once completed he then provided ILS knowledge and support to a small team charged with producing the Dreadnought Support Solution Statement of Requirements (SoR) and resulting ILS Statement of Works (SoW) to support contract negotiations. Currently Ady is providing ILS support to the Combat Air Strategy Team (CAST) developing ILS activities during the Concept and Assessment Phases of a programme for the replacement of the current Typhoon Fighter due to be phased out of service from 2035 onwards.

Ady has been married for 36-years this November and is totally dedicated to his wife, two daughters and pug (Sid), he has several hobbies including cycling, scale model building and Do It Yourself (DIY).
