Challenge
Miller Industry Towing Equipment realised it could offer the Defence Sector additional capability through the supply of its unique and proven products. However, as they were initially designed for commercial use the support engineering specifications, and associated tech docs, needed to change to meet the very latest Defence Industry Standards.
Solution
To create an international partnership with Quorum, utilising our specialist defence support engineering expertise (ILS) to overcome any industry sector barriers. Capabilities required included, Supportability Analysis (SA), Supply Support, Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) and Technical Documentation (TD).
Result
A seamless international collaboration removed the barriers to market entry, bringing advantageous commercial capability into the Defence Industry. Detailed planning and proactive management delivered all milestones. Service and support exceeded expectations, leading to an ongoing engagement.
