Specialist ILS knowledge required to manage supportable risks and performance on a Gas Platform Security and Information System implementation by Ultra Electronics, Surveillance & Security Systems.
Solution
We identified the requirement and provided a supportability questionnaire and analysis for more effective supply chain assurance of the support engineering project elements. As well as creating an essential integrated logistic support plan to enhance maintainability, reliability and reduce risk.
Result
All supportability aspects of the implementation were delivered reliably and on time. Support engineering risks were mitigated further, with additional analytical support to populate the Logistic Data Table (LDT), and ensure the right skills were in place with a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
