Challenge
Lockheed Martin team required specialist support engineering resource to augment the project delivery of the ILS components of WCSP.
Solution
Our combined capacity and capability offered a responsive and proven resource solution to deliver the following resourcing roles: Supportability Lead, ILS Engineers, Logistic Support Engineers, Reliability & Maintainability Engineers (R&M), Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineers (RCM), and Safety Engineers.
Result
Significantly enhanced delivery capability, ensuring schedules were maintained. The specialist ILS work mitigated key supportability risks. The Quorum Team have been well received and ongoing support welcomed, with praise provided by Lockheed Martin UK Limited (Ampthill) and the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
